My Tune Tuesday 2/22/11

My ministry verse is Isaiah 61:1-3. These verses have been around in my life for years. In all teh struggles, hardships and victories in my life, they've kept me going. When I write, these are the verses that guide me. There is a song that is taken right from these verses. I'd like to share it as my tune for you this Tuesday. Enjoy!

Hello...

Is this thing on?

Hey everybody. Well, it's been a while since I posted. All I can say is that I've been going through it. I'm not sure what God is up to, but it is definitely stretching and challenging me beyond ANYTHING I've been through before, including my husband's unemployment. Anyway, I thought I'd share today a song that has helped me hold onto my sanity, remember who's in charge and that He can completely be trusted! I need to remember that when all I can and do see is destruction, roadblocks, challenges and loss.

He can be trusted. Everyday. In everything. Good, bad, ugly. He can be trusted. Do you trust Him?

He's Able

Last week I wrote about a stronghold I was praying that God would tear down. It's still a work in progress. So keep praying for me!

In the meantime, allow me to share with you a beautiful song. It reflects my sincere belief in God's power. Be blessed because "He's Able".

Worshipping Jesus the Christ

I *heart* Gospel Music Channel. Tonight they had a premiere concert of Mary Mary on Front Row Live. Now let me just tell you I absolutely love these ladies. If you aren't familiar with them, they are sisters. And they love themselves some Jesus! Furthermore, they really know how to worship our King. They have a new album due out October 14. Can I just tell you - it's on my calendar. I'll be at Family Christian ASAP. 'Nuf said.

I've included a video of the performance of the last song from the Front Row Live performance. I was originally going to include the first single they will release from the album. But God....had them do another song right at the end. So tonight, I share it with you. It's almost 10 minutes long but please, hang on until the end. You will definitely see why I am still weeping over it. I'm going to bed worshipping my Jesus with new enthusiasm thanks to Tina and Erica (Mary Mary).
